These Terms of Service govern your use of the Arqify platform, client portals, custom software engineering services, and business identity solutions.
Arqify provides enterprise software engineering, business identity design, custom web applications, API integrations, workflow automation, and infrastructure architecture services. Specific project deliverables, milestone timelines, financial commitments, and technical specifications are defined in your individual Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.
To ensure successful project execution, clients agree to provide accurate organization details, timely review feedback, necessary administrative access (APIs, repositories, hosting), brand assets, and technical documentation required during the development lifecycle. Delays in client feedback may adjust target delivery dates.
Prices displayed on marketing materials represent starting estimates. Final project pricing is determined by custom scope requirements. Payment milestones, invoice schedules, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods are specified in your binding project agreement or invoice.
Any requested feature, revision, or architectural modification outside the agreed Statement of Work will be evaluated as a Change Order. Arqify will provide transparent cost and timeline adjustments for approval before initiating out-of-scope work.
Upon complete settlement of all agreed project fees, custom source code, graphic deliverables, and project assets designed specifically for your organization transfer to your ownership. Arqify retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, internal software libraries, core developer utility modules, algorithms, and general engineering methodologies.
Certain projects may integrate third-party software, cloud infrastructure platforms, payment processors, external APIs, or domain registrars. Client agrees that third-party services are governed by their respective terms of service and licensing agreements, for which Arqify assumes no direct operational liability.
Arqify builds robust, high-performance, and dependable software systems adhering to 2026-2030 modern engineering standards. However, we do not guarantee specific financial returns, search engine rankings, lead quantities, or commercial revenue outcomes resulting from system deployment.
Clients and users may not utilize Arqify platforms or custom-built systems for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, malicious, or abusive activities, including distributing malware, attempting unauthorized network penetration, or violating third-party intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Arqify and its principal engineers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business operational interruptions arising out of or related to our services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these terms or project services shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation prior to formal legal proceedings.
